Glass Half-full in Hollywood
Hollywood likes to keep her artists thirsty. She rarely fills your glass to the brim.
As a working writer, I feel incredibly fortunate to do what I love. That’s not to say, there aren’t disappointments. In this business, you’re gonna hear “no” a lot more than you’re gonna hear “yes.”
I’d like to share tales from my fellow filmmakers and TV colleagues for keeping our glasses half-full in Hollywood. If you’re looking for encouragement, support, advice and sometimes a funny story, welcome. You will not have to endure rants, tirades, or massive meltdowns.
